Partners for Otoe County (P4OC) is a nonprofit organization focused on increasing capacity and strengthening partnerships among community organizations, businesses, and individuals interested in working together to provide positive change in the lives of families, children, and individuals in Otoe County Nebraska.
P4OC is a backbone organization that supports communications, visibility, and collaborations between Otoe County's many organizations, programs, and volunteer efforts and the families, children, and individuals they serve.
